Driving into work on a Monday, I heard the Hill & Co commercial on the radio. I called at 7 am, thinking I'd leave a voice mail. Perry was there and ready to help. She scheduled me for the same morning (very courteous and cheerful, by the way). The tech called ahead of time as requested and gave me time to leave work and head home. He arrived right on time. The work was done well and quickly, and at a reasonable price. Plumbing is expensive work, but compared to Hill's courtesy, professional service orientation and promptness, they were well worth what I paid.
