Description Of Work: 
Initially repair of the A/C system.  Then replacement of the A/C and heating system.

During the middle of the wonderul heat wave we experienced this summer, our A/C unit stopped working.  I checked Angie's list to read recommendations and comments from others about potential service providers.  We selected Hill and Company based on the comments from customers on Angies List plus the fact that one of the owners took time to address concerns raised by one customer.  We also heard their ad on radio most mornings.  Repairmen showed up as scheduled and after a thorough examination of the issue, we agreed to try a temporary repair solution.  The repairman explained the problems with the system, what might be wrong, and what the options were.  He also explained what could go wrong with the temporary solution. Turned out the temporary solution did not work and the repairman spent quite a bit of time answering my questions about the systems I had.  He also discussed the liklihood of future issues if we pursued repair versus replacement.  I asked the company to send a sales person who was right on time and we agreed on a heating and A/C package for my home.  They had several financing options including paying it in cash.  We agreed to financing and on the specified date, the installation team showed up to install the units.  They encountered several problems during the installation, however they addressed each one of them appropriately within the price.  The city inspector found a couple of things that he questioned and when the repair guys showed up, they took time to meet with the inspector to work out the details.  Office staff followed up diligently to make sure that all was well and we've been happily cooled and now heated since.  I decided to sign up for their annual maintenance program where they will come out twice a year, in spring and fall, to ensure proper operation.
