HVAC Service Technician

Service Technicians are the face of our company and is therefore one of the most important positions in the company. Service technicians hold the reputation of our company in their hands. We are looking for that special combination of customer service and technical expertise that not only satisfies the customer, but makes them want to tell their friends and neighbors about the service they received.

Duties

​​

• Perform service, maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment

• Accurately and neatly complete all required paperwork.

• Establish customer rapport and educate customers about the value of products and services.

• Present yourself as professional and knowledgeable at all times to earn repeat business and referrals.

• Maintain an organized work site and a well organized and inventoried truck.

Job Requirements

​

• Self-starter that is highly motivated by professional success and customer service

• Journeyman License Required

• Work well with co-workers and able to maintain a good attitude through stressful situations.

• Drivers license with clean driving record

• Pass background check and drug screening

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to handle heavy loads and perform in extreme environments.
